Recipe for Keftedes (Meat Balls):
Ingredients:
- l kg of minced meat
- 100 ml of bread crumbs
- One grated onion
- One clove of garlic
- 1 egg
- 25 ml of olive oil
- 25 ml of water
- One grated tomato
- Salt, pepper and oregano
Mix all the contents together. Form the contents into
small sized balls. Heat the oil, place the small sized balls
into the frying pan and cook until brown on both sides.
Serves 4-6
servings.
