Tzatziki
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of strained yogurt
- 1 medium sized cucumber
- 4 cloves of Garlic.
- salt
Preparation:
- Skin the cucumber.
- Grate the skinned cucumber.
- Make sure you drain the grated cucumber thoroughly so that
your tzatziki will not be watery.
- After you have drained the grated cucumber add some salt.
- Crush the garlic and add it to the grated cucumber.
You may add more crushed garlic cloves if you like.
- Add the strained yogurt, mix thoroughly.
Serves: 4-6 people
